Digital Products Policy

  • All purchases of digital products (such as server ranks, in-game items, and virtual currency) on ElixirCraft are non-refundable.

Why No Refunds?

  • Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by law.

Exceptions

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate purchase made in error, you may contact our support team for a review within 24 hours of your purchase.
